Major collection of 11,000 colour transparencies and 5,000 black and white and images of Russia past and present plus 3,000 picture postcards of Tsarist Russia and some of Soviet period, many in colour. Art, artefacts and architecture, everyday life, landscapes, nationalities, people and places, etc., etc., photographed on 26 visits to Russia/USSR since 1961 between Kaliningrad on Baltic Coast and Vladivostok on Pacific.
